The Farmwood East Homeowners Association (FEHOA) welcomes you. Our FEHOA board consists of a group of individuals that volunteer their time to make your neighborhood a better place to live. We take pride in keeping our neighborhood beautiful and our annual dues low. FEHOA is registered with the NC Secretary of State as a non-profit organization.
This neighborhood with large lots, no through traffic, is full of lush greenery and is home to a mix of folks in age and lifestyle. We have a good number of young families with small children and older adults who have lived here for more than 20 years. The neighbors take pride in their homes and are comfortable looking out for one another and offering a helping hand when needed. We are easily accessible from NC: 51 or I-485 (Exit: 47) and we invite you to stop by, stroll and get some feel for the rich quality of life in our pristine neighborhood.    ​
